• ย้ายลูกปลาอายุ 5 วัน ไปแปลงเพศต่อในกระชังมุ้งไนล่อนที่แขวนในบ่อดิน ให้ลูกปลากินอาหารผงผสมฮอร์โมน 17a- methyltestosterone ความเข้มข้น 60 มิลลิกรัม/กิโลกรัม นาน 20 วัน
• จะได้ลูกปลาเพศผู้ขนาด 0.25-0.3 กรัม
• Sex reverse swim-up fry in hapa installed in concrete tank by feeding fry with powdered feed mixed with 17a- methyltestosterone at 60 mg/kg for the period of 5 days.
• Sex reverse 5-day old fry in hapa installed in earthern pond by feeding fry with powdered feed mixed with 17a- methyltestosterone at 60 mg/kg for the period of 20 days. Fish will reach the size of 0.25-0.30 g in weight.
